The Deluxe Cooler
Classic Cover-Ups' coolers are probably the most valuable application of SympaTex® fabric in horse clothing. Made of the same Supplex® or Taslan® nylon as our sheets, these coolers serve as both rain sheets and coolers, allowing the horse to stay comfortably warm and dry while cooling down. Unlike other rain sheets, this fabric is permanently waterproof, yet breaths like wool to let perspiration out on those miserable days. No need to buy two garments when one will do the job!

SympaTex® Fabric

SympaTex® is a lightweight, ultra-thin, non-porous polyester membrane that is laminated between the lining and the outer material. The result is a totally waterproof, totally windproof, and highly breathable fabric.

The unique non-porous construction creates an absolute wall against wetness. And through the wonders of physics and chemistry, that same impenetrable water barrier actually transports perspiration, so your horse's body can breathe too.
