Fabric
SympaTex®
is a lightweight, ultra-thin, non-porous
polyester membrane that is laminated between the lining and
the outer material. The result is a totally waterproof,
totally windproof, and highly breathable fabric.
The unique non-porous construction creates an absolute
wall against wetness. And through the wonders of physics and
chemistry, that same impenetrable water barrier actually
transports perspiration, so your horse's body can breathe too. |

The Tempest Turnout sheet
is a 3-ply laminate made with 500 Denier Cordura® nylon, the SympaTex® membrane, and lined with a soft polyester knit. All
three are laminated together to form one piece of fabric!
The Tempest 1000
is the ultimate in turnout protection with a 1000 Denier
Cordura Plus®
nylon outer shell, the SympaTex® laminate, and a
breathable nylon taffeta liner - great for those horses who
are tough on their clothing!

Our Tempest Turnout Sheets are made in our Traditional
American cut. It is a very contoured and fitted pattern
that comes in 2" increments.
