Per our conversation on February 15,2001 enclosed is a navy blue/green trim size 76 turn-out sheet. As I mentioned on the phone, I bought this sheet for Mary's Tack and Feed last fall. When the sheet arrived, one of the attachments for the leg strap ring was not sewn completely. I fixed it before I put it on our horse. When I washed the sheet, the stitching attaching the trim around the neck and body began to unravel. We have several horses in the barn wearing the Classic Cover Up sheet; none of those show any sign of unraveling and are wearing beautifully.

When I explained the problem, you immediately provided excellent customer service and asked me to sent the sheet back. You said you would take out my repair stitching (I don't sew well), restitch and recoat the sheet, and return it in approximately one week. I then explained that we were still using the sheet and returning it at that point was not convenient.

Once again, you customer service was commendable. You told me to send it back when it was convenient, write you a note reminding you of our conversation, and all would be well. Hence my letter of today.
